ATX Candle Co. accepts returns or exchanges on unused and undamaged items.
Return Policy
Contact ATX Candle Co. by email info@atxcandleco.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return/refund. If your item(s) is eligible for a return/refund items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery and arrive unused and undamaged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If your order is eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed once the return has been received. Refund processing times depend on your bank. A confirmation mail with details of your refund will be emailed to you at the time of the refund.
If you wish to exchange an item, the new items will be sent after the items to be exchanged have been received and processed. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your exchange to be processed. This time varies based on shipping times.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order please email info@atxcandleco.com within 24 hours to request a cancellation. At this time, once tracking information has been sent out cancellations are no longer possible.

Processing time
Processing time is 1-3 days for all orders in stock. Backorder and Private Label or custom candle order vary.
Estimated shipping times
5-7 business days for orders within the US. I do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and USPS.
Tracking information is provided for all online orders and will be emailed to you within 3 days.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. ATX Candle Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs.
